the inventors of modern beer
All of the royal Bavarian beer brands are part of the brand portfolio of König Ludwig International GmbH & Co. KG. They have their origins at Kaltenberg Castle, the birthplace and also the family home of Prince Luitpold of Bavaria. All the international licensed beers are brewed in strict accordance with the Bavarian Purity Law of 1516, using traditional, conservative methods, in line with the original recipes handed down by the family.
