As the managing partner of König Ludwig International Prince Luitpold continues a splendid family brewing tradition that has lasted for almost 800 years. Being in the beer business for more than four decades Prince Luitpold has gained vast expertise in the creation of highly successful beer brands as well as in setting up brewing enterprises and processes, including all technical issues.

Prince Luitpold of Bavaria is a contemporary representative of one of the most tradition-steeped families in Europe. Born in 1951, he is the great-grandson of the last King of Bavaria and is currently the President of the Schloss Kaltenberg Group.
Prince Luitpold von Bayern added another tradition-rich business area to the group in 2011, with the acquisition of the Königliche Porzellan Manufaktur Nymphenburg.

In 2019, KLI helped its License partner KD Brewing Co., Ltd. to build high-tech brewing facilities in Handan with an annual production of 300,000 tons. KLI selected imported raw brewing materials and recruited and trained the senior German brewing team, ensuring premium product quality.
In 2018, with the help of the KLI-Consulting-Team, Tatspirtprom launched the White Kremlin brewery with an area of more than 153 thousand square meters and a capacity of 200 mills. beer per year. Krones AG delivered the fully automated brewing technology.
